My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but they could benefit from a thorough cleaning, especially with the persistently flushing and smelly toilet. The staff was friendly and always addressed me with warm smiles, providing excellent service. The location was convenient for me, just 5 minutes from my workplace, although it did have some shortcomings. The dining options were plentiful and good, offering a mix of local and western cuisines. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not bad, except for the junior suite where the bed was small. The rooms offered a great view of Jakarta town but appeared to need a thorough cleaning. The water ran well during my stay.
